I’m a social, independent, smart (college-educated) woman in my 40s with Cerebral Palsy (CP) who rolls through life in a power chair. My speech is a little different, but you’ll pick it up quick – especially the swear words! I’m looking for patient, responsible, dependable, organized individuals who can take direction well and enjoy helping others. Bonus points if you’ve got hair skills and a solid sense of humor!
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care: showering, dressing, and hygiene
- Cooking and feeding meals
- Housekeeping: dishes, laundry, tidying, etc.
- Running errands and shopping
- Occasional help with organizing, paperwork, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Transport me to appointments, errands, and social outings (sometimes in my manual wheelchair)
- Pet care: daily walks, pick up, and litter box cleaning
I’ve got a small dog and a big cat, so expect plenty of tail wags and purrs! Daily dose of furry fun included. Animal lovers definitely welcome!

Mornings, evenings, and weekends, usually 2 to 4 hour shifts.
I’m happy to work around your other commitments like other jobs, school, or family. Training is provided. Experience is appreciated, but not required.
